Casino Beach has been a place of results and promise for many people where they don't only get a great workout, but enjoy the sunrise at the same time.  We have a lot of fun yet work hard, making for quite an enjoyable and life-changing experience. Plus, as if it couldn't get any better, the trainer is quite a looker!!!

Navarre's A Time to Dance, is one of our newest Fit in 5 boot camps allowing us to branch out to the community and bring our program to others who normally wouldn't have had the opportunity.  A very relaxed atmosphere combined with fun motivated people makes for a perfect combination for fitness goals to be achieved.

Centerstage Ballroom has been a gift for many with its spacious wood flooring and convienent location.  Our first and classic Fit in 5 location offers clear music capabilities and plenty of room between the main floor and side studio for all types of exercises.

The Beach Club offers Fit in 5 an upscale, classy location with indoor and outdoor capabilities on the beach.  Fully equipped with cardio and weightlifting equipment, along with free weights and open areas, the Beach Club is a beautiful setting for an exciting morning workout.

World Gym offers people a different look at the Fit in 5 experience.  Being our only night class, it offers many the opportunity to participate in our program by accommodating to their schedules.  It also offers an in-gym experience while having its own private section in their brand new group fitness room.
